Email support address list

Requests for support/assistance can be sent via email also

If your email address is authorized for access to CRM-BIT, these emails will be automatically converted in tickets/cases in CRM-BIT and you will/must receive an email with a registration number ( request/ticket/case number)

We recommend that you usually use the Web interface of CRM-BIT and only occasionally (as a backup) the communication mechanism via email
